  • In-Store: During checkout, provide your name and a valid email address. Only name and email address are required for enrolling in the program. Note: Customers may receive 500 bonus points if they complete their profile (address, phone #, birthday, etc.) online at
  • Online: Make a purchase on and you are automatically enrolled and earn points. You can also visit, and select the "Enroll" or "Join Now" link. You will be able to complete your profile, and start earning points for each purchase.

Is there a cost to join?
No, the rewards program is free to join.

I lost my member ID card. Can I have a duplicate card issued?
You no longer need a member card to participate. Simply shop with your enrolled email address, and you will earn points for each transaction.


How do I earn Bass Rewards points?
Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent on merchandise in G.H. Bass & Co. Factory Outlet Stores (example: spend $50, earn 500 points) when their email address is captured as part of the transaction. Members will receive a $10 Bass Rewards via email for every 1000 points earned, which will also be available for printing online at There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. Do I need my physical member ID card every time I shop?
No, if you previously had a Bass Rewards membership card, it is no longer required to participate. Simply provide the associate with your email address to earn reward points for your purchase.

What if I made a purchase without presenting my email address?
If you were shopping without your email address and would like to add your purchase to your account, please log into your account and visit the My Purchases page, where you will have the opportunity to enter your receipt information in order to receive credit for your purchase. You may only do so within 90 days of the transaction date.

What exclusions are there for earning points?
Points are issued for merchandise only. Tax and the purchase of gift cards are excluded from earning points.

Do my online purchases made at qualify for reward points?
Yes. If you make a purchase at, you will receive reward points for that purchase that will automatically be applied to the account associated with the email address provided.

How can I verify my point balance?
You may check your point balance online by logging in to your account. All point earning activity and balance information is available on this site.

Who do I contact if I believe that my points have not been credited accurately?
If you feel that your points have not been credited accurately to your Rewards account, please contact us. Claims must be filed within 90 days from transaction date.

I have two or more member accounts. Can they be combined?
Yes. Please contact our customer service toll-free at 866-740-8002 to combine your accounts. Accounts must belong to the same member in order to be combined.


How do I receive my Bass Rewards ?
Bass Rewards are issued via email at the beginning of the every month. Any member who has reached the 1000 point threshold will be emailed a Bass Reward certificate (1000 points = $10 reward, 2000 points = $20 reward, etc.). Bass Rewards certificates will also be available for printing online at The maximum reward amount that will be awarded in any month is $100.

How do I redeem my Bass Rewards ?
Bass Rewards are redeemable in G.H. Bass & Co. Factory Outlet Store or online at Redeeming online at During the checkout payment process, enter the above Reward Certificate Number in the Gift Card field. They may only be used one-time toward a purchase of equal or greater value. No monetary value will be issued if you purchase an item of lesser value than the Bass Rewards.

Do Bass Rewards expire?
Yes. You must redeem your Bass Rewards prior to the expiration date noted. Bass Rewards are good for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Can I replace lost or stolen Bass Rewards?
If the reward has not been redeemed and has not expired, you may contact customer service to have the reward reissued via email or locate it online to reprint it. However, because a Bass Rewards is like cash, we are unable to send out a new reward once the it has been redeemed.

Many times Internet Service Providers mistakenly send incoming emails to Spam/Bulk/Junk email folders. Please check to see if your email/coupon is located in your Spam/Junk folder. If you do not see the email in your Spam/Junk email folder it is possible that your email address was mis-keyed when you signed up. Please contact us and we will be happy to research for you.
